How To Access Interpreter Services:
When making your appointment with The Aetna Foundation Children’s Center, please notify the Intake Coordinator of your language needs. Please provide the Intake Coordinator with the following information:
- Patient or companion name
- Type of interpreter service needed
- Date and time needed
- Length of time needed
If you phone the day before your scheduled appointment, we will make every effort to have your request available upon your arrival.
