TEAMS
Please note that teams must have a team captain.
A team captain will serve as the main contact, for all of the participants on his/her team. He/she will be responsible for gathering up all team members on event day, and leading them through the course. One team caption should exist per team, regardless of whether the team is made up of all runners, all walkers, or both. Each team member should know who their team captain is for his/her team, both for pre-registration and the day of.
Each team will be identified by a team name.
A team name should be decided on before registering and before the event day. Each team member should know their team name both for pre-registration and the day of.
Each team can have as many team members as desired.
There is no limit to how many members can serve on each team.
Teams can be made up of both runners and walkers.
Each participant, 12 years or older, will be charged a $20 registration fee.
So whether you participate alone or on team, or choose to run or walk, the fee remains the same.
T-shirts will be given out to all participants.
Prizes will be awarded to:
Top Runners (Male & Female)
The Walker Who Raised the Most Money
The Team Who Raised the Most Fundraising Dollars
The Team that has the Highest Fundraising Dollar Average per Team Member
Proceeds from this event will honor the late Dr. Kate Kuhn Woodbury and benefit Clinical Cancer Research at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
