Shrimp with tomato and feta

1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can Italian style plum tomatoes drained, cut up
3/4 lb med shrimp cleaned
2 tbsp chop parsley
1 pckg roasted garlic and olive oil couscous mix
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup dry white wine
2 tsp dried oregano
1 pckg of feta cheese

Cook and stir onion in oil in large skillet on med. Heat approx 3 min. Add tomatoes,wine and oregano. Reduce Heat to low; simmer 5 min. or until thickened. Add: shrimp cook 3min. Stirring frequently until shrimp are pink. Sprinkle with cheese simmer 1 min. Stir in parsley serve with coucous or rice.
